What is the best teeth whitening for my sensitive teeth?

I’ve used Crest white strips but they kill my teeth. I would really like a fairly reasonable way to whiten my teeth since they are in desperate need of whitening. Any suggestions?

You’ll get a white and bright smile just in 1-2 days and it’ll last for 6 months or longer.

Baking soda has been used as a teeth cleaning agent since the 18th century all the way until people abandoned it because of the advent of what we have called modern toothpastes. When dissolved in water baking soda whitens (and cleans) teeth by effectively scraping off the yellow and brown stains that form with age and wear.
Take a small glass and fill with a teaspoon of baking soda.
    * Add a pinch of salt.
    * Dissolve the mixture with water into a paste.
    * Brush your teeth like you would normally.
    * Rinse your mouth out well with water.
