the main purpose of dentures is for chewing, but it does build self esteem if you have a nice smile so it works as cosmetic and as a real purpose.

Yes, dentures are a great help to people with no teeth.They work just like natural teeth.Dentures also help to keep a person’s face from looking sunken in.With no teeth our lps and cheeks get droopy.Dentures alao help a person to speak normally.I’m glad your Mom got a good set.

The main purpose of the dentures is to chew the food properly as is required for proper digestion. Cosmetics is a great bonus of well made teeth. I wish her luck in getting used to them.
