Is it infictious ? can it be transmited from tooth to the antagonist

Dental caries is infectious to the other teeth because of the bacteria. Usually, teeth beside the one with caries get infected too if left untreated. For the antagonist to be affected, a check in your manner of brushing might be in order. you might not be cleaning the area properly and that may cause dental cavity on the antagonist tooth.

yes the bacteria that causes cavities can cause cavities to spread. this not only spreads from tooth to tooth, but from person to person also. You can get the bacteria from another persons mouth from eating/drinking off another person as you can get the bacteria to catch a cold from the same manner
