Does anyone have any experience with a child with infant caries?

My daughter is 11 mos. old and has developed dental caries(cavities). She is our sixth child and none of our other children have required any dental tratment(other than cleanings every six mos.) and I am very concerned. I exclusively breastfed for the first 6 mos. I always wiped her mouth with a clean cloth after eating, and as she got older, brushed her teeth twice a day and offered sippy of water after eating. She still nurses and she also eats regular meals. Juice is given once a day in a sippy(at snack time) and the rest is breastmilk(nursing) or water(sippy). She goes to the dentist Monday for treatment, and I was wondering if anyone has any experience or info to share. Thank You
