Treatment for Caries for a 2 year old?
Published: November 8th, 2009
My Son is having caries from birth. He was not bottle-fed nor sucking tumb or having sweets. The caries developed from the time he was teething. I showed it to lot of dentist, they say to wait until his milk teeth fall (another 6 years). My son almost complains every day of pain and we give him some medicine as instructed by one dentist. Please advise
You HAVE to take him to a Pediatric Dentist.
The other dentists are being ignorant about his problems because they don’t know how to handle a 2 year old kid.
The Pediatric Dentist will have to work on your son under sedation (most likely in a hospital setting).
Don’t panic. He’ll be fine.
Good luck !!
