Such as brandishing a loaded gun or weapon when drunk. After all, isn't being behind the wheel of a 4,000 lb. chunk of steel that goes 100 mph at least as deadly as waving a loaded gun around when a person is drunk? I believe if you look at the statistics, you'll find that the drunks behind the wheel kill many, many more people than gun wielding drunks (taking the number of drunk drivers vs. drunk shooters in to account of course).<br><b>References : </b><br> It should carry the same penalty as any crime that involves public endagerment.
