Remedies To Cure Bad Breath
Having bad breath can be a very embarrassing situation. However, this is a condition practically everyone goes through in their lives. Most of the causes of bad breath are smoking, dieting, having some illnesses like cold, and/or some drinks you drink. However, having bad breath is not the end of the world. There are things that can be done to get rid of it.
The first thing to do is to ensure that you brush, floss and rinse properly everyday as it removes leftover food particles in teeth and makes your breath fresh. Of course, brushing is only helpful in the beginning of the day; after that the food and drinks you consume will affect your breath.
This is where gum proves to be a wise choice for you. Make it a habit to chew on chewing gum if you intend to meet someone after eating or smoking. However, sometimes gum may not be the right alternative, and it tends to lose its flavor rather quickly. When going to dinner with an accomplice, you wouldn’t know what to do with the gum. Moreover, it is not professional to chew when talking to someone and it also makes you bloated as you tend to swallow air when chewing.
Breath sprays or mints are great for eliminating bad breath. Though they make your breath fresh, using breath sprays may not be easy in public. You never know when you may miss your mouth and spray someone else! And with mints, they take a long time to dissolve and have extra calories which you may not need. Considering all these points, breath strips seem to be the best alternative.
Breath strips are little enough to be carried everywhere but can kill your bad breath. They can be easily popped in your mouth in public and dissolve quickly to give you great smelling breath. Breath strips are usually found in different flavors which you can choose from.

I have had the issue as well, I found that when I did a colon cleanse, it cleared up almost immediately.
symptoms of constipation that are not always as obvious, and may not even seem related to the digestive tract include: headaches, abdominal cramping, bad breath and strong body odor, bloody stools, liquid discharge between bowel movements, stomach aches that seemingly go away after a bowel movement, skin blemishes, and lethargy.
These other symptoms are signs the body is becoming toxic due to waste not being eliminated from the body. Bad bacteria backed up in the bowels can contribute to bad breath or body odor, as the waste literally sits and putrefies in the colon. A thickly coated tongue can be another symptom of constipation. In fact, bacteria sitting in the colon for too long can lead to bad breath that never seems to get better no matter how many times you brush, gargle, or use fresheners.
check the link out, it should help you.

Bad breath is caused often because you haven't brushed and flossed well .If you don't keep teeth and gums free of the bacterial buildup, they'll start to cause odor as the bacteria rot leftover food particles in your mouth. A few seeds of cardamon chewed for a brief while will clear your mouth of bad breath. Chew parsley leaves, which are sure to keep your breath fresh.
