I brush my teeth and scrub my tongue.
Don’t chew gum for a long time because it will make your breath smell bad

You could try avoiding Garlic! Or brush your teeth or have a mint, or eat another food that is strong but more pleasant smelling

Garlic is very good for you, so kudos to you for eating it. Try eating some parsley afterwards.
