Does the taste of bad breath always necessarily mean that you have bad breath?
Published: July 3rd, 2009
Okay, there have been some times that I could taste bad breath in my mouth after brushing my teeth or eating some mints, but im not too sure if that means i do have bad breath. I also want to know if there are instant ways to discreetly get rid of bad breath in public. Thank you.
yes i think it does. usually when i taste bad breath in the morning thats when its worst. lol. brush (especially your tongue because thats where all the bacteria is) floss and drink water with meals to help prevent this. also, gargling this: a teaspoon of honey and a bit of cinnamon mixed in boiling water should keep your mouth tasting and smelling fresh, good luck

If you can taste bad breath after mints or brushing then it is likely you have it. You can test by linking your wrist and then smelling it!
To get rid of bad breath in public you need to drink lots of water and have mints. Water will keep your mouth moist - dry mouth encourages bacteria.
